Personality:
Light lives up to her name. She is fun, light-hearted, witty and charming. Many find it a joy to talk to her while others think she's a sugar-coated pushover. A pushoever is one thing she isn't. Light will easily stand up to anyone, even a brute, that stands in her way or says the wrong thing about a friend. She absolutely hates anyone that talks behind the back of another rather then saying it to their face. Light's anger is something to be feared. Anger this fae and prepare to get your ears bitten off or worse. She may not look it, but she is fast and clever when she gets pulled into a fight.Appearance:
Just because Light is so easy-going and friendly, doesn't mean she doesn't have other emotions. When she's alone, Light is a completely different wolf. She becomes lonely, sad and sorrowful, lost in her own sad memories and often gets so far into thought that she wouldn't notice a stag walking next to her. It seems that being with others brings out her natural, easy-going and fun-loving side while as being alone brings out the darker side of Light, the side thats sad and lonely, the side that remembers.
Light has a rather unusual color mix. The top part of her body and head consists mainly of brown and black. Her underbelly, insides of her legs, chest and bottom part of her head is white-grey. Light has a slight, delicate build. She isn't particularly long limbed, rather small for a wolf, even a fae. Light's body is elegantly crafted and well proportioned. She may not be the strongest or the fastests but she is definately among the beautiful and has been known to turn a few heads from time to time.History:
Light has very expressive bright amber pools that seem almost to flicker in the darkness like a flame. Her eyes are like literal windows to her soul. Any emotion or thought that crosses her mind can be seen in her eyes first.
Light was born in the Arctic with a small pack of five or six. Her mother was a loner up until she joined the pack after mating with a Timber brute in the southern pine forests. Light's mother, Vixa, had four pups, Light, Bracken, Thistle and Heather. Heather was the runt and died at birth so, Light never met her. Light grew up the only fae among her two brothers in a pack that had only two faes, the alpha female and Light's own mother. This made Light very enduring when it comes to jokes from brutes and sometimes she fits in more with brutes.Role Play Example:
When she was about a year old however, Light's mother left the pack. Thistle and Bracken followed and they started heading for the southern tundra. While crossing a river, Thistle fell through the ice and while trying to rescue him, Light also fell through. When she woke up, someone had pulled her from the ice as well as her brother. Their rescuer was an elderly brujo named Nettle whom was a lon healer.
Light and Thistle remained with with Nettle for about half a year until Thistle died from human poisoning. The poison also took Nettle's life which left Light all alone. Light started heading south, with the slight hope to find her mother and Bracken. She doesn't hold onto this hope anymore and simply wonders where she wants.
--From a Paradise Vale thread by my character on there--
The small light grey bodice of one of four Storm Pack Alpha Pups padded toward the Jewel Cavern. He had succeded in escaping the eyes of his siblings, the Pup Guard and a packmate. He smirked to himself, proud of himself. He'd managed to escape and now he could explore on his own since his parents weren't patrolling around to find him. Cloud didn't mind his siblings but sometimes he needed to be away from them. Sometimes Koara and Akari were just too happy and excited. Other times it would be Ranic that drove him nutty. It was maddening. His parents fawned over Ranic and Akari because Akari was first born and Ranic, should something happen to Akari, was the next in line. Koara caught everyone's attention with her bright personality, witty games and love of mischief. She rarely got in trouble just because she could sweet-talk her way out of trouble.
Cloud padded through the entrance of the Jewel Cavern, into the shadowy darkness within, away from the grey-white light cast through the pearly clouds overhead. Another rain would be coming to the Storm Terra soon. Best to be sheltered at any rate, plus Cloud had been curious about the caverns for sometime. The little grey pup didn't go far. He stared at the jewels of every color studding the walls and ceiling of the cavern in awe. It was just as beautiful as his mother had claimed. It was peaceful and quiet. Cloud liked it. A smile formed across his maw.
Looking around, Cloud found a low, flat boulder that wasn't studded with gems. Cloud bounded over to it and leapt ontop, sitting down and looking around, turning his head this way and that. It really was an amazing place. Cloud almost wished he'd brought his siblings, almost but not quite. He liked being alone. No wise-cracks about his size and no one acting like he didn't exist. The fact that he'd been able to get away meant no one had been paying attention to him.
A thought came to mind. Loners. His father had complained about them at one point but also said they made up most of the packs in the Vale nowadays. Loners didn't listen to an alpha, they lived alone and never were bound to one terra. The idea was tempting. No siblings bossing him around, no over protective packmates, just him and his cunning, his will to live and strength. The thought swirled in his mind, tempting him away from the safety of the packlands. The approaching paws of another wolf fell on deaf ears. Cloud was not listening. No, he was lost in his own thoughts.
